Staff Ethos

Vivienne has amassed considerable practical experience working with children presenting with a wide range of difficulties. She is renowned for her thorough and professional development of staff as well as her up to the minute knowledge of the ever-changing outlook of Autism. Vivienne values her staff; continually helping to ensure they are retained in the organization and that they maintain and develop the necessary skills and strategies in order to succeed in this field of endeavour. She places immense value on the development of co-productive relationships with families, many of whom have continually sought her services over a number of years. She believes success is based on the reciprocation of trust and that hers is more than merely a professional service, rather a successful partnership with a strong team ethic that underpins and resonates through everyone involved. Vivienne is persistent in obtaining a good knowledge and understanding of every family and child who access AES. Only then can she ensure appropriate and specific services are provided and that continuity of service is guaranteed in order to monitor and evaluate every child’s progress. The AES team has been handpicked to ensure all facets of the family’s needs are met.
